[...]This phone has been reliable, fast, is versatile and great value, vs spending over $1K for the latest generation. I am Not a fan of the long screensize newer phones and don’t purchase phones based on them having 16 cameras. I need the utility, functionality and reliable battery to be able to use the phone for everything else I want at my fingertips, in everyday life. If I need a phone for its cameras, I’m wasting money and not realizing its full value. However, the camera and photography features of this S21 rival a professional camera, so there’s no downside to having that! The form factor and weight are perfect to handle it comfortably, slip it into a pocket, holster it on stands, etc. The battery lasts well over a day and I have it set to limit the battery to 85% so even with that I get 40hrs of active use of the phone, not just standby. I can have a dozen apps open and feel confident it’s not going to crash. Best of all, Samsung Galaxy products are solid enough that new or refurbished, I know I’m getting good quality. I had 4gb memory on my old phone so went for 8gb this time. I regularly use Device Care to Optimize my phone and haven’t seen a huge difference in having the extra memory. Even with 8gb after running the Optimize I still only open up 3.5gb at the top end. So maybe 4gb would have still been fine. The extra storage of 256 is awesome, but just like with having more storage space in your house, you tend to accumulate more stuff. So, I get apps I *might* use because I have the space. Overall I am very pleased with this phone and bought 2 to have one as my next phone when this one starts to become diminished. Setup of this one was a snap! It’s unlocked but I had absolutely no issues whatsoever with the ghost of a previous carrier being in the phone. It was clean, quick setup and online with my cell carrier in less than a minute.
