    Good computer but definitely has issues
    I was incredibly weary buying this product since it was refurbished and I read some of the bad reviews. The computer came, it works perfectly fine for the most part, and overall is really nice. HOWEVER, the computer itself definitely has a battery issue (it’ll be at 100% for hours or when I turn it on or when it’s plugged in) and then quickly drop. Sometimes dropping as much as 80% in 10 minutes. The computer recommends the battery be serviced, which I’m guessing means a full replacement (which will be $200+).Definitely get what you pay for, so be aware the computer may have issues.

    Not “refurbished”
    This was simply a old broken laptop, had obvious water in the screen, sticker skins on the front and back covering the screw holes to replace the battery, wouldn’t charge complete junk battery, major gouges on all 4 corners and a DENT on the bottom, seller was Prince Express / LimitlessUSA BTW, returnedPlaced order for the same laptop from the seller Woot, laptop looks brand new

    Better Than I thought
    Product came well packaged and was in great shape. 1 tiny tiny ding on the edge. Computer came charged and is in good working order. It looks brand new. Granddaughter is happy with it and is already using it. Will post update when she has used it for a bit. But so far happy with it.

    Inside great. Outside a mess.
    Replacing a 10 year old dinosaur that was beyond slow so this used MacBook Pro has been a wonder. Fast, easy to set up and a definite improvement. I guess I thought that if you’re going to take the time to refurbish a machine you would also make sure that it looks clean. It was filthy. The keyboard was disgusting and crannies were filled with lint. Took me a good 2 hours to clean it up. No complaints about performance but the ick factor loses it a star. Price was great and otherwise a good product.

    Great Macbook!
    The Macbook looks to be in great condition, only one visible scratch on the bottom. The charger that came with the order doesn’t work. First time I plugged it in, it kept connecting and disconnecting.Edit: After notifying the seller of the faulty charger, they sent out a brand new replacement charger as quickly as possible. Everything is working amazingly.

    Wouldn’t turn on
    I was so excited to receive this package. The MacBook was packaged very nicely and snug. There are zero blemishes, flawless. My first instinct was to try and turn the MacBook on, and nothing. So I figured it was 100% dead. I plugged the charger into the wall and into the MacBook. The MacBook sounded like it was waking up but it sounded bad, like it was overheating and making crackling noises and then the noise just stopped. During this short encounter, the MacBook never lit up. There were no signs of life. I was hoping it was just the charger, but the charger seemed to work on other devices. I tried other chargers on the MacBook and still nothing. I also left the original charger plugged into the MacBook overnight and still no signs of life. I am extremely disappointed. I called right away within 24hrs and received a return label. I’m hoping the return goes smoothly with no issues and I get a full refund. Ughhh so disappointed.

    All Out Apple resolved charging issue fairly
    The MacBook Pro arrived in excellent condition in protective packaging. Included accessories were an 87W Apple Power Supply and a USB-C to USB-C cable. The MacBook started up fine and went through the setup process smoothly. The screen is wonderfully clear with no dead pixels.I did have some issues with the MacBook not getting charged from the included Apple power supply and USB-C cable although it would charge fine when connected via USB-C cable to my LG monitor with the cable LG provided for power and 4K display connectivity to the LG monitor.I contacted All Out Apple as soon as I noticed the issue and they responded quickly with some suggested troubleshooting steps. Those steps did not actually solve the issue. I went through a few gyrations of troubleshooting and figured out that the MacBook would accept a charge from the LG monitor but not the Apple power supply. A couple of messages to All Out Apple and some further testing isolated the issue to the included cable rather than the power supply. All Out Apple was responsive to messages throughout the process. It did take a bit of assertive communication on my part to get a fair resolution for the issue. In the end, they provided a refund for the exact cost of a replacement 100W USB-C cable to support the proper charging capacity of the MacBook Pro.Thanks to some good supplier communication and having a customer with some technical know-how involved, we avoided a return scenario which is better for both sides.Overall I’m very happy with the MacBook Pro I received and I am satisfied with All Out Apple’s resolution of the charging issue.
