We bought this laptop and it was refurbished, but they said it was tested and no problem found and looks like new, it was little less then the price of the new one. I thought I will buy it if they saying it is looks like new and was tested and found it be on working condition. When we got it we found the low arrow button is not working. When I contacted the them the seller about it, they answered me with, this laptop under warranty from Apple. So call Apple Care.So they don’t stand by their product and I won’t stand by them. Because they didn’t even try to see work with me at all.
