[...]My experience is a 4/5. The laptop arrived with a small defect (battery failure). But the seller never left me alone. He paid me for the repair of it. For the rest, the laptop works perfectly. Cosmetically it is an 8/10 (better than I expected, since I bought it in the good category). I am satisfied and will buy again in the future.

[...]When I got it, it wouldn’t even turn on, and after troubleshooting the issue, I found the charging block to be broken. Bought a new block, and it won’t even hold a charge. Needs to remain plugged in for it to work at “1%” charge. The Software describes the battery is damaged and needs repairs. I’m returning the laptop, for it being internally defective, and not at all worth the hassle to try and fix out the gate. For it to already have battery issues upon receiving the device is excessive, and unprofessional for it to be sold as such. Do not settle for a product that acts as a desktop, when I ordered a laptop.

[...]Terrible. Wanted to buy a quality item and it had numerous problems. The laptop showed up in a box and it was seperating like a screw coming out of one corner. Dog hair stuck to the edges. I fully charge it over night and wake up the next day unplug it and battery symbol was blinking and it died no good.
