I have owned this computer 2 months and it has already failed!

I have been on the phone with HP Support for 3 days and it isn’t fixed yet. When I finally said I want my money back, I was told that since I purchased from Amazon instead of HP I could not get a refund! Its practically brand new!! This is not acceptable.

[...]Time and tech evolves so fast that I didn’t want to spend the usual 1200 for a home laptop that’ll be out of date and unsupported in a few years. The 17″ screen is bright and very useful for occasional CAD, 3D design and multitasking. The SSD is quick and WIN11 has returned to a more pleasant and traditional functionality. It could use a higher quality, lighted keyboard, but everything is sufficient at the price point.
