1. On your PC running Windows 11 in S mode, open Settings > System > Activation.
2. In the Switch to Windows 11 Pro section, select Go to the Store. (If you also see an “Upgrade your edition of Windows” section, be careful not to click the “Go to the Store” link that appears there.)
3. On the Switch out of S mode (or similar) page that appears in the Store, select the Get button. After you see a confirmation message on the page, you’ll be able to install apps from outside of the Store.

Switching out of S mode in Windows 11 Windows 11 in S mode is designed for security and performance, exclusively running apps from the Microsoft Store. But they couldn’t keep up a clean signal when I walked 40′ away to go into my backyard. The signal would drop out, or I’d lose it entirely once I got about 60′ away from the transmitter. Pretty good product if you just want it to help with watching TV without bothering your family.

Amazing; Super Simple Setup
[...]This is my second set of headphones I use in my home (the first pair are a few years old and from a different brand). The Besign’s were by far the easiest to set up. You basically plug them into an outlet. Plug in the appropriate adapter. Turn the unit on and you are good to go. They are very lightweight, the sound quality is excellent IMO. The only thing I would say is that they barely cover my entire ear and I don’t have particularly large ears so the noise cancellation isn’t perfect but for the price I am super pleased!

The unit came fully charged, and setup only took a few minutes. Customer service was very responsive. Here’s hoping these last more then a few months!UPDATE 10/25/23Came home from work today and my mom said the headphones weren’t working anymore. Noticed that the base lights weren’t turning on. The headphones themselves still had power, as they were trying to connect to the base and the LED light was pulsing, but the base itself was dead. Unplugged, replugged, tried a different power cord, power brick, and power outlet – nothing – the base is dead. I’ve reached out to them through email and the automated seller messaging system just now – I’ll update if/when they reply and what the resolution is.Original Review:Purchased this for my elderly mom as she is hard of hearing and either had to have her TV turned up all the way (so that the whole house could hear!) or needed to use headphones. We tried several bluetooth headphones with a small bluetooth receiver, but invariably they would drop connection, or she would pair them with other devices in the house, and she hated having to charge them with micro USB or other small chargers. This successfully took care of all issues – she can put these on and take them off by herself, she can charge them by simply placing them on the cradle, and, as they’re auto paired, she doesn’t have to mess with any pairing/unpairing/wrongly paired bluetooth issues. High recommended!

I bought this for my room, cancel out kid noise and it does pretty good. The charge lasts a long time, you almost forget to recharge it. I’ve pulled it off the charger in the morning and watched it through the evening then i realize i need to charge it at night again. I highly recommend this. (the instructions weren’t all that clear, but i figured it out)

My Search for the Best TV Headphones

Furthermore, my watching TV upstairs in our loft conflicts with my wife’s doing the same in the kitchen.Accordingly, I have been searching intermittently for optimal, reliable TV headphones for years. Many have either failed initially or after a few uses. Others are complicated to set up or can’t be used on a TY when someone else is also watching it. Fortunately, Amazon accepts returns, essentially a “try before you buy” option.Along came Besign BTH01 Wireless Headphones to the rescue. They are the easiest to set up (5 minutes), the chargers that have a low profile, there’s no need to resynch each time, and they have excellent voice quality. I can wear them while sitting beside my wife watching the same program or be elsewhere in our house without disturbing her.
