Based on the reviews, I thought Ram 4GB is alright for simple tasks like typing, using PowerPoint presentations etc. But the laptop is too slow and freezes often. For my ppt presentations, the embedded videos take quite some time to play, which interferes with my overall teaching (I am an educator). The storage is so limited that I can’t download and save any videos on the laptop. Recommended to pay more for a faster laptop.

Not enough USB ports, no disk drive, unable to connect a bigger screen- no port available.Windows 365 only licensed for 12 months, should be part and parcel with Laptop purchase. Lightweight and easy to use. very well packaged and arrived on time. Arrived with a USA plug instead of an Australian plug. As it was being sent to Australia Amazon should have had address this issue.

    Affordable low-TDP Laptop
Before first boot, I installed an NVMe drive. Then on first boot, I entered the BioS disabling Secure Boot, which allows me to Boot from an USB drive. Flashed a Linux Distro to an USB drive, which I installed onto the new NVMe drive. After installing ArcoLinux, I then used GParted and reformatted (ext4) the eMMC drive that had Windows on it. It is now mounted as /Data. The 4GB of RAM is plenty for this system. Fresh Boot uses about 675MB of RAM. Even gave this install an 8GB Swap file, which it doesn’t appear to have used as yet. Laptop is barely warm when on my lap thanks to the 6W N5030 Pentium Silver CPU. The screen could be brighter.

Mostly a great little computer, but can be very slow sometimes.
I almost returned it since it gave me the blue screen of death on the 2nd day of use, but after reloading windows it hasn’t given me a problem since. I was going to return it, but I need it to run my online business, and it’s been working fine the last few weeks. Other than being slow sometimes (I’m assuming when too many windows/tabs are open), it’s a good little computer. I like the lit up keyboard and crisp screen resolution.

    JUNK
The biggest piece of JUNK… do not buy! Keep scrolling. Computer never worked from the moment box was opened. Nothing worked properly. Sent it back as fast as I could. Screen was awful. Computer was loud when “running”… although never stayed on long enough to actually use. Just buy a DELL!

    Okay for the price
I use my laptop less and less and this is good, not great. Sound quality is terrible and battery life is somewhat short but it serves its purpose as a casual use laptop.

    Great for the internet
I’ve had this laptop for almost a week and I really like it. This is the model with the Pentium Silver N5030 processor. This is not a laptop for gaming. I bought it for the Internet, e-mail, viewing some videos on Youtube, and some word processing. It works great for these tasks. It will probably also be good for social media such as Facebook and Twitter, but I don’t use social media. It does not have a fan for cooling so I suggest having a cooling pad. Also, there two Type-A and one Type-C USB I/O ports. I suggest getting a connector for the Type-C port that will allow you to connect Type-A plugs to it just in case you need it. I will update if I encounter any problems.

Medium quality but very good so far.
So I’ve had this laptop for a couple of weeks now. I wanted to get something light and portable to take with me to work and this fill that role perfectly. It is well constructed and can hold up to all of the work I’ve thrown at it so far. I did get the model with the Pentium Silver N5030 processor. It has had a Zoom meeting, two Word documents and a few internet tabs open at once without any issue. It does get hot under long use but does not need any fans to cool it which is nice. The screen is very lackluster, the viewing angles are terrible but really not that much of an issue as long as you always look at it straight on. The keyboard on this one was backlit, it was the L510 15.6in display.
