Cuando llegó todo parecía bien pero usándolo me di cuanta que el trackpad funcionaba a veces y después me di cuenta sobre una pequeña apertura en la parte baja. Cómo no sabía si era la batería etc. hice la devolución la cual me costó más de lo que Amazon me va a reembolsar. Pague más de 600 pesos mx pero me parece que solo cubren 400 ps mx lo que no me parece buen servicio porque no fue mi culpa que el dispositivo sea defectuoso. A final de cuentas no tengo computador y no sé que tanto me van a devolver a mi cuenta. No daré estrellas porque no me parece buen servicio 👎👎👎

Approximately 12 months of minimal use and the MacBook no longer charges…
[...]This MacBook Pro was originally purchased renewed/refurbished (iPower Resale Inc) for use as a secondary laptop. It was rarely used (averaging twice a week for approximately 1 hour each use). Now it is no longer charging even though it was only used with original Apple adapter and cable and never endured any drops or liquid spills. The warranty expired a couple weeks ago, and an apple service center is quoting the price I paid for the MacBook as the repair cost for a potential logic board replacement. Build quality on these machines are far from satisfactory and the tech told me he had diagnosed many M1 and M2 MacBooks with identical charging issues. Not sure I’ll be choosing Apple as a replacement. Their newer systems are deliberately over engineered, costly to repair and experiencing declining build quality when compared with earlier models. Extremely disappointed. If you truly need a Mac or MacBook then my best advice is to purchase it directly from Apple or an authorized reseller and make certain it’s covered by the maximum warranty you can afford.

I decided to use the one from my MacBook Air. It came in really good condition and setting it up was really easy. I was able to transfer everything from my MacBook Air to this laptop. Reviews can make a decision or pass on a decision. It’s a nice laptop works better than mine. MacBook Air. The Air stayed getting hot too much.
