Everything was great, it just won’t work for what we need.
[...]Ordered this for my daughter for school. She is an illustration major and needed to run photoshop and other programs that require the most current ios. Unfortunately this one will not. It came perfect and exactly as described… I just don’t know anything about co.outers and didn’t realize it can’t be updated any further. So I had to send it back. It arrived fast, and in excellent condition and I really wish it would have worked out.

Great Refurbished MacBook for the price
[...]The laptop works great so far after setup, is very fast and only a few minor scrapes on the top and half a dozen on the bottom which I’ll never look at anyway. This is a great value for someone wanting a MacBook Pro with a Chromebook budget, I would definitely buy from them again if my wife or kids ever need a laptop.There is already a warning about the battery capacity.. but hopefully nothing that causes issues in the immediate future.My only other complaint was the laptop was shipped with a small layer of bubble wrap and no additional packing for protection. The charger and laptop were loose in a box that was 2″ tall with no fragile warning, but everything showed up working great so it’s hard to complain it wasn’t sufficient enough.

[...]Not sure why they say 2020 it’s a 2016 Mac book pro the about tells you what it is when you get it. Works great excellent condition clean no issues. My only problem is with the seller put the wrong phone number on shipping label so Fed Ex was unable to let me know they were outside my gate. I was unable to get Fed Ex to change the phone number because that had to come from shipper and I was unable to contact shipper. This amount of stupid is enough to never do business with either this seller or Fed Ex
