Switching out of S mode in Windows 11
Windows 11 in S mode is designed for security and performance, exclusively running apps from the Store. If you want to install an app that isn’t available in the Store, you’ll need to switch out of S mode
1. On your PC running Windows 11 in S mode, open Settings > System > Activation.
2. In the Switch to Windows 11 Pro section, select Go to the Store. (If you also see an “Upgrade your edition of Windows” section, be careful not to click the “Go to the Store” link that appears there.)
3. On the Switch out of S mode (or similar) page that appears in the Store, select the Get button. After you see a confirmation message on the page, you’ll be able to install apps from outside of the Store.
Activate pre-installed Office 365:
1.Launch any Office app >
2.Start your activation by signing in with your account(Create a account if you don’t have one yet) >
3.Click “Activative Office” >
4.Sign in your account and follow the next prompts. >
5.Complete Step 1,2 and 3 >
6.Click on Refresh once Office is ready >
7.Open a document and accept the license agreement.

Multiple damaged/defective computers

They graciously sent me another computer; however, completely forgot to send the charger alongside it. On top of this, they sent me yet another defective computer that did not hold charge well, had a glitch in the screen, and issues with the “e” and “w” key. After trying to reach out to them for over a week, they have yet to respond to me. Do not buy from this company if you are looking for a quality computer.

The charger is not quality but you can find a Walmart brand100 watt charger for under $30. I am not worried about the charger, and if I was, it would most definitely be cancelled out by how pristine this MacBook is. I had the item shipped to a UPS Access Point and it took a couple days longer but it was expected. What really surprised me is that it was shipped on a Tuesday and made it across the country in a day. In researching the cost of shipping something this size overnight, I was shocked at how much this company paid to make sure I got it by the quoted shipping date. The battery health is 88%, which again I was pleasantly surprised. I also love how much faster this M1 chip MacBook is versus my Early 2020 MacBook with Intel. It’s like night and day. Another highlight is that I basically live on my MacBook with work and I loved how fast it charged and how much usage I got out of 1 single charge. It beats having to always plan where I’m going to charge my laptop (airport, plane, car, etc.). As with any MacBook, the ease and speed at which I could jump from window to window was crazy fast. I don’t know how this company makes any money because of how pristine the MacBook looks along with them overnighting it to me to make the quoted shipping date.
