Switching out of S mode in Windows 11
Windows 11 in S mode is designed for security and performance, exclusively running apps from the Store. If you want to install an app that isn’t available in the Store, you’ll need to switch out of S mode
1. On your PC running Windows 11 in S mode, open Settings > System > Activation.
2. In the Switch to Windows 11 Pro section, select Go to the Store. (If you also see an “Upgrade your edition of Windows” section, be careful not to click the “Go to the Store” link that appears there.)
3. On the Switch out of S mode (or similar) page that appears in the Store, select the Get button. After you see a confirmation message on the page, you’ll be able to install apps from outside of the Store.

[...]This is good a good quality laptop where you do not have to pay for the brand name. It is quite zippy to use with the 16GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, Ryzen 5000 series 7. No bloatware. Windows 11 ready to setup. Has everything you need: webcam, 2 USB 3.0 ports, 1 USB2.0, 2 USB-C ports, one for power, the other for anything else. HDMI Port to send to another screen. Bluetooth and WIFI work perfect, no disconnects. Screen is bright and clear. Keyboard keys and touchpad are nice and large to make for easy. Numberpad is present also. Battey life seems good. Metal case seems sturdy.Everything seems very good. Highly recommend. Also offers customer service by WhatsApp, but I have not used since I have not had any problems.

[...]I purchased this laptop to serve as my primary work computer for grad school. I needed a computer that could handle multiple large text documents at a time, while also being easy to read. I also wanted a machine that could serve as an entertainment device, that I could stream movies and play video games on. The AX17 met all my expectations and more!On the academic side, the screen is large enough to easily display two text documents simultaneously. The keyboard is comfortable and easy to type on. The display is bright but not harsh on the eyes. It’s also incredibly thin for such a large laptop! It’s easy to carry around campus which is wonderful. It also is fantastic for creating and presenting powerpoints. It does it all!The AX17 also excels on the entertainment front. The screen is bright and the picture quality is sharp. The speakers are surprisingly powerful for their size. I’ve used the computer as an apartment sound system more times than I can count! As for games, the computer serves as well as I can ask for. It won’t be playing any triple A titles, but it can handle a lot of other games quite well! Overall I am incredibly pleased with the laptop. It fully met my expectations and then some. Highly recommended!

So far it’s done a great job 😄👍 First off, came packaged really well so you don’t have to worry about damage during shipping!The screen and keyboard are very large (see attached photos and video), it has the number pad extension like a full keyboard which can be really useful. The big screen is great and it’s lightweight and easy to transport around. After opening it and charging to full, it turned on smoothly and it was very easy to setup straight out of the box without any extra hassle.Besides the benefit of a large screen, it also has every port you’ll ever need! It can handle lots of different types of plugin attachments including USB, USB-C, HDMI, SD card slot and audio jack. Used all the different plugin slots when transferring data over from my last computer and it handled everything really well.The laptop runs really fast and processes things quickly. So far have had no issues with running any of the software I need. This is not really for gaming and wouldn’t support the latest high end video games, but it will run basic graphic software very good and other work related programs.
