FIVE SOLUTIONS to BLUETOOTH CONNECTION FAILURE: Reason 1: Bluetooth has not entered pairing mode; Solution: Check whether the LED indicator of the headset is flashing red and blue alternately when pairing the device. If not, press and hold the power button to turn off, and press and hold the power button again until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately.
Reason 2: The headset was paired with another device before, and it was reconnected to the previous device after startup; Solution: Turn off the Bluetooth of the previously paired device and re-pair the headset with the device. Reason 3: The headset was connected to the laptop via a 2.4G receiver; Solution: Unplug the 2.4G receiver, turn on the Bluetooth switch of the laptop, and make sure the Bluetooth interface is re-paired before re-pairing the headset.
