Very disappointed
[...]I’ve been using samsung for more than 10 years and this is the worst samsung that I’ve own. The screen material quality is garbage if you look at it too much it will crack. Once you put a screen protector on the fingerprint reader becomes useless, hearing during phone calls is complicated you have to put the phone ear speaker at exactly the correct angle to be able to hear. This is most fragile screen i have ever seen. I don’t know if I’ve gotten a model that had its issues but this is very disappointing. My old samsung galaxy 8 fell while ridding my motorcylce at over 50 mph and only the case was scrathed.This phone is getting replaced really quick

Randomly Freezes and Restarts
[...]S21 randomly freezes and restarts several times a day. It happens while in use or I pick it up and it is unavailable because the phone is restarting. Also, the battery life is terrible. My old A53 needed a charge every other day. S21 needs a full charge twice daily. Many other glitches, but these are the main two. The phone is about 6 months old and I am completely disappointed. Update: the phone seemed better for a few weeks but since the October 2024 software update it has been total trash. Tonight alone it has frozen and restarted itself about 10 times. I bought an iPad and I may get an iPhone if the next update doesn’t make things better. I’ve always been a samsung customer but I’m over it.
