I can now hear and understand the conversations by the participants, even the soft spoken ones and for those using less than quality microphones. I just couldn’t hear that tin-like sound of the monitor speaker. I even tried an external speaker but still didn’t get the desired results. I should have done this a long time ago. They work well with or without my hearing aids. They are rechargeable and easy to use and we’re a fair price. Rhey eliminate background distractions. They are bluetooth but you do need an open USB port on your device for the Bluetooth plug. I even left the meeting for a moment to go into another room and never missed a word, so great range. Recharging is easy. Great buy!
