this is the worst laptop ever
[...]we have had this laptop since April 2023. went to open it up & the hinge broke so the keyboard & screen are seperated. Lenovo will do nothing about it because the warranty is only on soft ware. worst customer service ever. I have searched this & apparently they have had issues with the hinge.
