I had a Lenovo laptop for several years . It saw a lot of use , and did not give me any trouble until someone dropped it . I of course bought another Lenovo . The laptop is well made , I love the stable feel of the keyboard . It is not tinny sounding like other laptops I have used . The narrower bezel is wonderful , my old one was much wider . I like the weight , it is not as heavy as some . I recommend this laptop .

Useless Laptop
[...]This computer is basically a paperweight. Once I received this PC I set it up and updated it. When I tried to do anything it was very slow and not preforming well. I checked the task manager and the cpu was 100% maxed out without any programs running. I thought this might have been an error so I reset and tried again but got the same result. So if you plan on actually trying to use a computer this one is not for you.

[...]Got it as an all around/ low end gaming. I will say it it very slow, but does office work and developer work fine. But it can barely run terraria and warframe. I’ve had $90 chromebooks run warframe better than this crap. Nevertheless, I don’t think I will be able to return it this long of having it, so I basically wasted $470 for something that can’t compete with a $90 device.

Buyer beware. Bad warranty, seller not responsive.
[...]I purchased this laptop for my son in May of this year. The lap top did run slower than expected, but was functional until it stopped getting power. It will not charge, will not come on at all. The laptop was supposed to have a warranty. I can find the warranty information, but Lenovo North America says that they cannot honor the warranty because it is registered in Nigeria. Local Lenovo repair businesses cannot help me because they cannot order parts or do warranty work for the same reason. I have been unable to get a response from Nigeria Lenovo. I have contacted the seller for assistance 3 times and Amazon has contacted them twice in my behalf, and I have received no response. So, I am out almost $600, for a laptop that does not work.
