El equipo llegó en excelente estado, buen embalado y funcionando perfectamente. El cargador es genérico pero de muy buena calidad. El único problema fue que compré un equipo con 512 gb de almacenamiento y llegó de 256 gb.

    Battery problem and screen issue
Big laptop, nice screen love the touch bar. Battery does die fairly quick and I keep getting a message to service the batter. Screen has a blue tint like the screen has been hit and the inside is broken

Great Computer but Didn’t match the web listing
The computer arrived with a different operating system than indicated on the website. It also has a different graphics coprocessor than the one listed on the web page. Both of those things – OS and GPU – were deciding factors in the purchase. That said, the computer is in great shape out of the box, runs well and is powerful. I’ll just need to use a different application than planned in deploying it. At the price it can’t be beat.

    List of issues
Update – replacement laptop came in and has been working great! Extremely pleased the seller sent the replacement before receiving the faulty original. They made things right so rating went from one star to three. Would make four stars, but sending the faulty laptop first prevents that.Original – Battery won’t charge using an actual Apple Mac charger or my docking station charger, even though it says on the screen it’s charging. Battery dies incredibly fast. Was at 85% and 10 minutes later it shut off completely despite the symbol showing it was charging. Out of the box some keys didn’t work. The screen has lines going vertically on the left side. I can tell this was a major overhaul and OEM parts weren’t used to replace it.Plus side, seller is responsive and willing to replace quickly

It is great. The cord…not so great!
My family only use Apple products. This item was refurbished and I really have never had a problem with refurbished anything before. My only complaint is the charging cord kept falling out of the wall because the cord adapter plug kept folding and making it fall out of the receptacle. You could see just by looking at it it was old. Even though I sent a message and my daughter sent a message about it I did not hear back or receive anything so I had to buy a new cord which cost me about $100. The Apple Pro itself is great

Piece of junk that looks like a good deal
Bought this for my wife who needed something with some CPU and basic GPU power for computing (small video editing, streaming). Worst piece of junk I’ve ever had the (dis)pleasure of buying. I’ll start with the faulty motherboard ports, which don’t work on one side due to the laptop most likely having been just thrown into a box and declared “GOOD TO GO” instead of an actual circuit check. Battery power is nonexistent even on easy processes like surfing the web. The wifi adapter is also garbage (-50 MPBS off a 600 dollar windows laptop). The screen is advertised as retina display but not only does it look like junk compared to a 600 dollar windows laptop from dell but the vaunted ‘powerbar’ feature quit working within a month. Charging is slow even with multiple chargers, does not hold a charge…contacted seller no response.More importantly, this is a mish-mash of AMD and Intel components. DO NOT buy this machine if you want any sort of satisfying experience. DO NOT buy this machine if you want a working laptop for more than a few weeks. DO NOT buy this machine even if it looks like a deal, because between Apple’s faulty engineering and the non-existent refurbishment the laptop came with I would have been better off setting fire to my $1500 dollars. Buyer beware on this “deal”.Worst laptop I’ve ever bought.

    Great performance
Overall great laptop for the price. I have been using it for about a month now and can say it runs very smoothly. I am a software developer and have been using the laptop to work on personal projects and it’s done great. I can run multiple applications, servers, db’s, etc and it performs very well. One minor negative is the battery life is subpar, but that could be from how I use it. Overall 7/7
