I am anxiously awaiting a response as I am trying to refund this item. Don’t buy used devices online. Damage on the back of the screen, the keyboard and despite me having to update it again, it is exceptionally slow. It also inexplicably shuts off and restarts itself frequently.

But then, the plot thickened.I decided to register my new MAC with Apple support, so I sent them the invoice and all the necessary information. Imagine my shock when they told me that the serial numbers didn’t match up! I couldn’t believe it. How could the seller mess up something so basic?Now, I’m stuck in this frustrating back-and-forth with Apple support, trying to sort out this mess. I just want to use my new computer without any issues, but it seems like that might not happen anytime soon. I’m constantly checking my emails, hoping that the seller will finally respond and help me resolve this before Apple decides to lockdown my MAC and I can’t access it at all.It’s like a ridiculous comedy of errors, but it’s also making me want to pull my hair out. [...]MacBook was good at 1st but then after 7 months of having it I noticed it slowly starting to wither away, battery life got short, it takes forever to load videos, editing is slow and painful, I would recommend getting a brand new Mac or just do yourself a favor and go windows. It’s a hard choice because windows sucks.. but Mac sucks more.
