Came With a Broken Charger
[...]The exterior is free of scratches and looks brand new, however the battery cycle number is too large to consider this ‘excellent condition’. I was also sent a charger that doesnt work which is such a bummer.

Had to return but it was smooth process
[...]Received this and it was clearly well enjoyed, looked like a corp laptop due to a possible inventory sticker. No problem. I otherwise thought the package was just fine and the computer was clean ready to use. Fired it up, 87% of the battery life. I would have kept it.But I ultimately returned it after a day or so of noticing it was chiming as if the battery was being charged and then charging stopped only to resume again. I tinkered with the charging fitting. Couldn’t get it to work, and its pretty darn simple as its a magnet. None of my other macs have had this problem. I could see the light going from orange to off and then back on. As if the computer was saying I dont need a charge, but then it normally goes green. Issue with the power adapter? Not sure.Packaged it back up and I got a full refund about 2 weeks later. Stuff like this happens. Is it a major issue? No. Was my life ruined like some of these reviewers on referbs go on about? No. This sort of comes with the territory. Did it likely pass QC process. Yes because unless you were using the computer for an hour or so this didn’t show up.Thank you seller and Amazon for taking care of this. I gave it 3 stars because it was a good experience. Though I am noticing an increase in delays in shipping which detracted from the process. Seems like there is a decline in getting what I want in 2 days like the original promise of Amazon Prime. Even same day stuff is getting delayed. Wish they’d stick with UPS and FedEx.

It also only has gone through two battery cycles. All-in-all it was a great purchase! We’ll just see how it holds up.
